Moveable Type Open Source (MTOS) was released under a GPL v2 license. But that’s not all that’s going on at 6A in the last few weeks. They’ve been busy little beavers. They had their own cleanup to do in the Facebook/Beacon mess. And they sold Livejournal to a Russian company, causing a panic among some LJ users.
